Handling time

Paid orders are prepared for shipment within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping cost and delivery

The exact shipping charge is shown before payment at checkout. Direct purchases of $500 or more include free shipping. Auction shipping is shown separately on each auction.

Delivery time begins after the carrier accepts the package and may vary by destination and carrier conditions. Tracking information is added to your order when the package ships. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Collector-safe packaging

Cards and collectibles are secured to reduce movement and protect them during transit. Packaging may vary by product type, value and order size.

Returns and cancellations

All sales are final. Diamond Dynasty Collectibles does not accept returns, exchanges or buyer-remorse cancellations.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging and provide clear photos of the item, shipping box and label so we can review the issue.
